That's probably cause you don't have the map that is played at that moment or you don't have the right version of it. If you download all the mappacks from GlobalSwatforce.com, then you should have all the right maps since I also did that and I never have any problems with missing or wrong maps. The only exeption is the Training Center Map, which I eventually had to download with the SWAT downloader.

Hey 111 if you want to host your own swat 4 server and you are behind a firewall/router you will need to forward the following ports to your static ip: 10480, 10481, 10482 and 10483 both UDP and TCP. And make sure when you host a server it's set to internet instead of lan. It's set to lan as default so you will have to change it.
You can also rent a server and configure it instead of hosting one yourself.
