The best way to bind keys in SWAT 4 TSS is this: 1. Find the User.ini in your bla bla bla ContentExpansion/System folder 2. Open it with Notepad 3. Just edit from F1-F10= and make your bind keys (Note: Don't make bind keys in F11= and F12 because F11= and F12= is for voting) 4. Edit it manually is suck. Use some program, just like me or Struis said. By the way, you can remove voting function of keys by just removing line of current key. Example:
Before: F12 = VoteYes | TeamSay At 12 oc.
After: F12 = TeamSay At 12 oc.

that's a great and easy way to make binds but ... the only difficult is the colors XD but ehm ... i can try it

I guess you have windows account rights set wrong, so your windows account does not have rights enough to edit this file (or any other in ContentExpansion folder). You need to edit these rights a bit. Do you know how to do it, or you need help with it ?
