Whether you think he's a 'cool guy' or not doesn't matter at this point because he is banned for multiple good reasons at this moment. The fact that he's apparently able to join the server doesn't change that. If he wants to play on our server(s) again, then he (not you) should make an appeal on our forum. I actually told some of his ToD clanmembers how he could make an appeal but he just chooses not to do it (he's online on our website often enough and he actually checked the appeal section on the forum atleast once).
So until he does make an appeal (and Night accepts it), he's not welcome here... (atleast, that's my opinion) 
Anyway I don't agree with ban and I appeal to remove it if it was added.
