Hey detective, i talked with reyb and he told me more about these guys. I don't think "ready , non english" or "wrong eq , not following orders" are enough for ban in this case (reyb thinks it as well). After they did this "misbehave" you kicked them and they didn't join server back after you kicked them out. PRO server rules aslo say "1st misbehave = kick, 2nd misbehave = ban". So it means in this case we won't ban them, anyway this thread will say opened in case of "news". We will monitore those guys and if they will do things you stated here, then they will be banned permanently.
I confess i'm on big doubts, firstly i banned Samo, but then i decided it isn't "fair", so i unbanned him (Sry for mess :D). I'll contact SA's and we will we put our heads together, then we will write you here final decide.
Anyway thank you for your job that you are doing for us and for people playing on server. Hunter
detective, I think it is too strict to ban both guys right away. Kicking them was the right solution, and as Hunter said they didn't come back and misbehaved again.
And especially about this "Samo":
He took wrong eq, that's right. But I assume he is just new to the game, "not following orders" is not right in this context. He actually did follow when I said stack up, but I think he just didn't know what scan is. Banning him for not knowing scan is too strict though.
I might be too patient with some guys, but I think banning should really be the last option. In case of teamkilling for example, banning is absolutely justified.
