Information:About the insult i don't know if this message was for me or for another player , i know that these words are not allowed on the server but if this word was for me it count as a ban because of insulting an admin .

I want to add something for Krosom , listen i know that when i asked you in server if this word was for me or another player and you answered me it was for the other player i didn't believe you 2nd i told you to stop commenting and say bad words or make fun of the others names 2 or 3 times or you will be kicked and reported but unfortunatelly you crossed the line 3rd I remember that you told me not to report you about that and i told you that i will think about it but from the other side i have a clan that counts on me and this clan wants to know if you will be a good player or a bad player , when Sokol will post a vote for us for accepting you into the clan the others will know what was your character this day and they (might) vote no . Look i don't want to lose you as a friend or hate me because this is for your own good not for us . If you want to talk to me catch on xfire and tell me what you want to tell me . So for today i hope i am finished

hmmm to be honest with you calling someone an ass isn't swearing, sometimes that's a way to express yourself  however, it could be seen as an offense, but then again Krosom did behave inappropriate |

The screenshots give too little information about what really happened. We don't know in what context these things were said.
Concerning Lady:
The proof shows no reason for a ban (or even a kick) at all. Again, I don't know why the 'lady' made this comment, but even if there was no good reason for it, it's still doesn't cross any line in my point of view.
Concering max/ori/hahaha:
Pretty clear case. These kind of players just think that they are funny by ruïning things on the server. Clearly deserves a ban.
Conserning Krosom:
The proof shows a comment made by him that can be kinda insulting (asuming it wasn't a clear joke). However, it doesn't show that it was directed at Detective since there are only lines shown of comments made by other players. But despite the fact whether this did cross the line or whether it is even a smart thing to do for a player who just made an application, I feel that this shouldn't be dealt with in public. We should only use this report section for players who aren't linked to ETS in any way.
Those are just my thoughts and I leave the actual actions to be taken to the other SA.

Since this thread going to conflict between members/players it will be *Temporary CLOSED*.
Detective and Krosom, if you wish to argue against each other use some private way such as XFire is. Also you can contact Sokol if there is still some problem. Public forum isn't good place imo.
