Heh, banning because bad opinion is quite amazing thing.  I'm not 100% sure if we can find it as Tag-Steal. But sure mate, if no one will be faster, i will solve this thing tommorow.
To answer your question. Yes, it is. ETSPlayer or ¦ETS¦Player it doesn't matter. Both of variants are Tag-Steal, main differentiation is that ETSPlayer doesn't know how to use special symbols in game.
