By the way i need a monitore status on these 2 players : Lost and Robbciio it's a little complicated , they speak english but not well but most of the time when i was in the server lost was translating robb's language into the english language  .

Seems like McRandy is a pretty clear case. About the other 2 guys you mentioned I don't really know what you expect here or why we should 'monitor' them. If a player doesn't speak or understand english, then just explain that he can't play here (although he probably won't understand it either) and remove him from the server. If a player is translating things, then it actually looks like he's trying to help rather then ruïn things on the server.
