you know that if you kick a member you will be kicked by the server right ? so if someone kicks me like members or normal players the guys who kicked me they will be kicked ?

Here is how it usualy works if someone tryes to kick a member from the server. If the member is an admin, no public players can even start a vote against you, they will get a message, ''can't start vote against admin''
But this only goes if you are logged in as an admin, if you are not, then they can kick you out of server without problem.
I have seen player baricading servers before aswell, for example your server has only 3-/10 players, when you try to join you allways get Dropped, that might mean that there are some bastarts votekicking anyone trying to join the server, then you should try Direct IP and admin password, solves it.
Server usualy only kicks players if they kill civilians, have high ping, or using the famous nick (PLAYER)
